Coverage by product series
VMING warrants to the original end-user customer that covered products are free from defects in material and workmanship, subject to the conditions and limitations in this policy.

Proof of purchase showing the original date, place of purchase, product description, and price is required.

Claim procedure and requirements
- Contact the original point of purchase or an authorized VMING dealer or distributor and confirm its return policy.
- Provide the model number, serial number where applicable, and a detailed description of the problem.
- Include valid proof of purchase.
- Package and handle the product correctly for return.
Repaired parts or replacement products may be new or recertified. Products replaced or refunded become VMING property upon receipt.
What the limited warranty does not cover
- Improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, or abnormal electrical, mechanical, or environmental conditions.
- Cosmetic damage or unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.
- Use outside accompanying instructions or outside the product's intended function.
- Products with altered or removed identification, incorrect packaging, second-hand sales, or unauthorized resale.
- Third-party software, connected equipment, stored data, or costs associated with diagnosing or servicing a system.
Limits of coverage
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this policy is the complete warranty for VMING products and supersedes other oral or written warranties and representations. VMING's maximum obligation is limited to repair, replacement, refund, or credit at VMING's discretion.
VMING is not liable for loss, damage, or corruption of content or data. Back up all data before returning a product for service.
