Posted on: 2024-06-26

As the global digital transformation accelerates, enterprises face increasingly complex data management and processing tasks. From cloud computing to artificial intelligence, from big data analytics to the Internet of Things, the widespread application of these technologies is driving the demand for high-performance, secure, and reliable data storage solutions. Traditional storage technologies are struggling to meet these new challenges and requirements.

Recently, VMING announced the launch of the new enterprise-level EP9400 series SSDs. The EP9400 series SSDs utilize domestically-produced high-performance controller chips, focusing on core technologies such as enterprise-level data integrity assurance, flash management, and performance aggregation, while integrating numerous dedicated computing acceleration units. Paired with advanced YMTC 3D TLC flash memory, the EP9410 and EP9430 deliver high reliability and high-performance data storage through coordinated design of the controller chip and software/hardware. The EP9410 and EP9430 offer two endurance levels: 1 DWPD (5 years) with capacities of 1.92/3.84/7.68 TB, and 3 DWPD (5 years) with capacities of 1.6/3.2/6.4 TB, catering to various enterprise application needs.

Features and Advantages of VMING SSD EP9400 Series:

1.Enterprise-Level Data Security Assurance:

The EP9410 and EP9430 NVMe SSDs combine high-strength LDPC hardware error correction, end-to-end data path protection, adaptive dynamic RAID protection, and unexpected power loss detection. Supporting AES256 and national cryptography standards (SM2/3/4), they provide comprehensive data security. They also monitor device health in real-time, allowing management software to predict and address potential failures accurately.

2.High Performance:

The EP9410 and EP9430 NVMe SSDs exhibit exceptional performance, achieving up to 520K IOPS for steady-state random writes. With outstanding read/write speeds and data processing capabilities, they significantly enhance efficiency and responsiveness in complex computations and real-time data analysis.

3.Low Latency:

Low latency is crucial for enterprise application and service performance. The EP9410 and EP9430 NVMe SSDs feature random read/write latencies as low as 75/13 µs, providing a low-latency experience for data center operations. Optimized hardware architecture and intelligent algorithms significantly reduce data access response times, improving real-time processing capabilities.

4.Stable Performance:

The firmware management algorithms intelligently schedule and control different types of I/O requests, ensuring stable performance even under high pressure and varying workloads. The EP9410 and EP9430 NVMe SSDs maintain over 90% consistency in random read/write performance, regardless of underload or saturated request queue conditions.

Looking ahead, VMING plans to launch new PCIe 4.0 SSDs and PCIe 5.0 SSDs equipped with QLC flash. These products will deliver exceptional storage performance, meeting the growing demand for high-performance computing power. As data volumes surge and application scenarios become more complex, VMING is committed to providing faster and more stable storage solutions, helping users in various industries achieve more efficient data processing and analysis, and creating more value for customers.
